Waiting

Ordered shoes 1/2/21. Last tracking showed in Netherlands on 1/7. No updates since. Customer service says "wait". At what point do you admit shipping time is excessive and offer refund? Traininn just says monitor shipping updates, of which there are none. Do not order from them!

Very bad service the delivery …

Very bad service the delivery estimated time is a joke it delays every day and the status of the products is changed from transit to dispatch to be ready for shipment again !!!! I order from 9/1/2021 and till now they don’t send a tracking number hope this bad service improved I don’t recommend to any
one

The status of the product back again to be ready for shipment on 1/28 and estimated delivery time delayed to be 10/2 !!!!! It’s a joke this is the 5th time to give a time and delayed what is this !!!! This order is about a month !!! And there is nothing happened to till me that they are serious in work !! I need a real step in my order !!!!

Appalling service please do not order!
I ordered two items in OCTOBER only to received one item this morning, and the other item they cancelled without notifying me and no reason to why!
I kept emailing them regarding my order all I was getting was excuses not happy at all never ordering from this company again!

Don’t order unless your happy to wait 2 months for items, no updates just everytime u log in to check status of delivery an additional 2 weeks are added on :)

I purchased a sports watch from TrainInn about a month ago and recived an email with a confirmation of my order. Delivery time - up to 11 days. On the 26:th (the last day on which my parcel was supposed to arrive) it was still stuck in transit according to the tracking site. Regarding the current situation I decided to give it some more time but reading the reviews here on trustpilot I realize I have probably been scammed and might as well give up on my order to arrive at all.
Have been in contact with customer service but was told to just keep waiting, no information what so ever on when my order could be expected. Buy your products somewhere else and don't loose your money!
Over two weeks without updates. I should not have to chase the delivery service as I have already paid for the delivery which was organized by TrainInn. The only thing that could at least give them some credibility now is to give me a refund if they can't guarantee that their deliverer will fullfil their part of this deal.

It's been three months now, where's my parcel?

I'm writing for the fourth time about a parcel that I purchased on the 8th of July, and was estimated to arrive on the 17th and 21st of July.
To this day, I'm still waiting for a parcel about which your reply is always, "your parcel is in transit"?
But still, I want to try this one last time, after which I won't request for my parcel anymore, but only that I get refunded (even if it means legal action).
It has been three months now, and I haven't received my parcel. You said you will send me a link to track my order, but you have been silent since. I also went to Post Office (Post NL International) to check if the parcel was actually delivered, but they said the reference number I gave them is only an order number to your company, and not a parcel number. Their parcel number goes something like this "RR104597435NL" (as opposed to the order number you gave me).
If you cannot produce and deliver my parcel on the times you keep promising, then do say and refund me all my money.

Awful

I ordered nike socks a month ago and I still haven’t gotten them! I have been checking the app every day and the delivery date keeps getting pushed further and further. There isn’t even a tracking number to use for canada post, all i have is an order number which is 18247909. Someone help!
